Until late. Times vary depending on the space you’re celebrating in and the day of the week, so best to check in with the team when enquiring and they can confirm.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Of course. Let the team know about any dietary requirements when you enquire and they'll talk you through the available options.
Do your Christmas party spaces have AV equipment?
Yes. TV screens are available in the Auditoriums, with a beamer also available in selected spaces, handy for speeches, presentations or anything else you have planned. A TV screen is also available in Servus Heidi.
How late can our Christmas party run?
The Auditoriums are available all day until midnight. If you’d like to keep the celebrations going after midnight, a €150 per hour surcharge applies. Servus Heidi has separate opening hours depending on the day, with the kitchen open until 10pm.
Can our guests stay overnight?
Of course. Make a night of it and add an overnight stay at The Dean Munich this festive season, subject to availability.
Can we host a Christmas get-together in January instead?
Absolutely. If December gets away from you, January is a great time to get everyone together and spirits back up once the rush is over.
When should we book our Christmas party?
Earlier is better, especially if you have a Thursday, Friday or Saturday in December in mind. That said, it's always worth asking. If we have the space, we'll make it happen.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Start with your preferred date, guest numbers and whether you're thinking a seated meal, drinks reception or a bit of both. If you already know which space or food option you like, add that too and the events team can take it from there.
How do we enquire about a Christmas party?
Send the events team your preferred date, guest numbers and the kind of Christmas party you have in mind. They'll help match you with the space, set-up and food options that fit.
