Are The Dean Hotels open over Christmas?

We're closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but our sister properties The Leinster (Dublin) and Glasson Lakehouse (Athlone, Westmeath) are open for Christmas stays.

Can I book a restaurant or bar without staying at the hotel?

Of course. You do not need to be staying with us to enjoy our restaurants and bars. Book your table online, or email christmas@deangroup.com for group bookings and Christmas parties.

Are your restaurants and bars open over the festive period?

Our restaurants and bars will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, although opening hours and Christmas Day availability may vary by location. We recommend booking in advance.

Can I buy a Dean gift card for Christmas?

Yes. A Dean gift card can be used towards stays, dining and experiences, making it a great Christmas gift. Gift cards are valid for five years.

Are there festive things to do near the hotels?

Yes. Every Dean Hotel is close to great seasonal dining, shopping, cultural events and Christmas activities. Speak to the team during your stay for local recommendations.

Can I check in early, check out late or store my luggage?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact your hotel directly before arrival and the team will do their best to accommodate you. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.

Are pets and children welcome?

Dogs are welcome at all Dean Hotels. Please review the individual hotel policy before booking at Dogs at The Dean Hotels. Children under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Do you offer accessible rooms and parking?

Accessible rooms are available at all Dean Hotels except The Dean Berlin. Please contact the hotel directly before booking so the team can help find the best room for your needs. Parking is available at The Dean Docklands but must be validated before arrival, so please contact the hotel in advance. Parking is also available close to our other hotel locations, with local options varying by hotel.
