For those big launch events where you need all the extra space, check out The Marshall Room, perfect for parties of up to 300 guests standing, 100 theatre or private dining for up to 170. This space is ideally located in The Dean Townhouse, where you’ll have access to your own private floor with a private bar and bathrooms. Covered in wooded panels and flooded with natural light, this space is sure to impress. Plus, if you want to go all out, The Dean Townhouse can be exclusively hired – boasting The Marshall Room, The Lobby Bar & Courtyard, & 49 boutique bedrooms.
For smaller, more intimate gatherings, The Green Room is ideal, perfect for smaller group of up to 12 guests for private dining. The Blue Room, located on the first floor of The Dean, offers stunning views over Harcourt Street with large bay windows and an open-plan layout. It’s perfect for sit-down meals from 20 to 60, or a cocktail style event for up to 120. Plus, the room can be split in two so you can have two spaces to work with for set-up.
